We use digital information technology to process and manufacture guitars with handle and barrel separation modes. We use high-precision CNC equipment to process the grooves of the barrel and the handle tail of the neck so that they are highly consistent with each other's structure. This not only ensures a fine handling of the connecting surface between the handle tail and the barrel, but also greatly improves the deformation resistance of the neck. We also add adjusting rods and carbon fiber rods inside the neck, making it a reality to reduce the thickness of the neck by 1.4mm, which may improves the guitar's hand feeling while increasing the stiffness by about 2.5 times. Now we also dispense with the traditional glue-based method of connection and repair, and use screws to connect, making the overall structure of the guitar more stable and the sound purer. Even when maintenance is required, the cost is low.

How to build ideal timbre into Instruments.

You must have seen a scene in guitar-making videos where some guitar makers hold the top to their ears and tap with the other hand on different parts of the top (usually the center of the beam and support beam), frowning, frowning, and thinking, yes, tapping the tune.

Simply put, Tap Tuning technology is that after the luthier has finished trimming the thickness of the sound board, machining the shape and gluing the sound beam, in the process of fine-tuning the shape of the sound beam, the tuning progress can be judged through the sounds heard by tapping the panel, and the flexibility of the panel can be checked by manual force, so as to control the sound color of the final product.

We have built a database of modal spectra to accurately transform braced structures by analyzing the spectra and vibrational modes of guitars at low, medium, and high frequencies. By analysing and testing the spectra of a large number of the world's top guitars, with Tap tuning technology, we have finally produced our ideal timbre.
